Positive ROI in the first year: implementation of an OEE monitoring system at Bekomold’s CNC plant (case study)
Our manufacturing digitization project at Bekomold Ltd. achieved as a finalist at the Factory of the Year project competition. We installed an OEE monitoring system on a rather diverse CNC machine park. The development has paid off already in the first year and will pave the way for further innovations in the future.
